Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on delivery, returns, payments and choosing the right yoga mat and props.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no extra charges at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and Royal Mail delivery a further 2 - 4 days (Monday to Friday), so most orders arrive within 3 - 6 days (Monday to Friday).
What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed before then on a weekday begin processing the same day; later orders, weekend orders and bank-holiday orders begin processing on the next day (Monday to Friday).
Which carrier do you use?
Every order is sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.
How do I track my order?
Visit our order tracking page and enter your order number or tracking number. You will also find a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation e-mail.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes - contact us at oriehamp72098@outlook.com or on +44 7756 969574 as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched. After delivery you can still cancel within 14 days or use our 30-day returns policy.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery under our voluntary returns policy. In addition you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return postage in full.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Are prices shown in pounds and do they include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT, and UK delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS compliant platform with HTTPS encryption, and we never see or store your full card details.
Which yoga mat should I choose?
For everyday studio or home practice, the Natural Rubber Yoga Mat 4 mm gives the most grip and stability. If your hands get warm, the Cork Yoga Mat 5 mm grips better as it gets damp. For holidays and weekends away, the Foldable Travel Yoga Mat folds flat for a suitcase and weighs just 900 g.
How thick should my yoga mat be?
Around 4 - 5 mm suits most practices: enough cushioning for kneeling and seated poses while staying stable in standing balances. Our 1.5 mm travel mat is deliberately thin for packing - add a folded blanket under your knees when you need more padding.
Do your products contain latex?
Yes, some do. The Natural Rubber Yoga Mat and the Cork Yoga Mat have natural rubber bases, which contain latex. The Foldable Travel Yoga Mat (TPE base), the Non-Slip Yoga Mat Towel and all our cotton and cork props are latex-free. Each product page states the materials in full.
Which yoga props do beginners need?
A pair of cork blocks and a strap are the most useful place to start: blocks bring the floor closer in standing poses and the strap extends your reach in stretches. A bolster and a blanket add comfortable support for yin and restorative practice.
How do I clean my yoga mat?
Wipe the mat with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap after practice and let it dry flat before rolling it. Keep natural rubber and cork out of direct sunlight and never soak them. The travel mat can be hand washed and the yoga mat towel machine washed at 30 degrees.
Can I wash the bolster and meditation cushion covers?
Yes. Both covers unzip and can be machine washed at 30 degrees, then line dried. Do not wash the bolster inner or the buckwheat filling of the meditation cushion - air them regularly and spot clean if needed.
