A good bolster turns a pose you hold into a pose you can rest in. The Rectangular Yoga Bolster is firm, flat-topped and generously sized, so it supports your back, hips or knees in yin and restorative practice and stays exactly where you place it.
The filling is a dense layer of cotton wadding around a firm foam core, which keeps the bolster's shape night after night without flattening. The washed-cotton cover in olive has neat piped edges, a carry handle on the side and a zip so it can be removed and washed. Place it lengthways under your spine for a supported heart opener, across your lap in a seated forward fold, or under your knees at the end of practice.

Care: remove the inner and machine wash the cover at 30 degrees, then line dry and zip it back while slightly damp for the best fit. Do not wash the inner; air it regularly and spot clean if needed.

Care & Safety

In general: wipe yoga mats with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap and let them dry flat before rolling; keep natural rubber and cork out of direct sunlight; machine wash removable cotton covers and textiles at 30 degrees. Only products with a natural rubber base (the Natural Rubber Yoga Mat and the Cork Yoga Mat) contain latex; this is stated on those product pages. Practise within your own comfort and, if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before starting a new practice. Our products are yoga accessories, not medical devices.
