Blocks bring the floor closer to you. The Cork Yoga Blocks give you firm, steady support in standing poses, a lift under your hips in seated work and a comfortable rest in restorative shapes.
Each block is pressed from natural cork granules, which makes it heavier and more stable than foam and gives it a surface that stays grippy under warm hands. The edges are softly rounded for comfort under palms, sit bones and knees. Turn a block flat, on its side or upright to set three different heights, and use the pair for symmetrical support - under both hands in a forward fold, or stacked under the spine in a supported bridge.

Care: wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let air dry; do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Cork is a natural material, so small variations in grain and tone are normal, and the surface softens slightly with use.

Care & Safety
Each product page lists its own materials and care instructions. In general: wipe yoga mats with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap and let them dry flat before rolling; keep natural rubber and cork out of direct sunlight; machine wash removable cotton covers and textiles at 30 degrees. Only products with a natural rubber base (the Natural Rubber Yoga Mat and the Cork Yoga Mat) contain latex; this is stated on those product pages. Practise within your own comfort and, if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before starting a new practice. Our products are yoga accessories, not medical devices.
